Witness the ultimate cardboard boat showdown! Family & Children's Service of Ithaca is proud to present our Sixth Annual Cardboard Boat Race. All proceeds support our mission. This unique Tompkins County event features a boat race with teams building cardboard and duct tape boats to sail across the harbor. Boats must be constructed ahead of time and registered by August 26. The race inspires teamwork, creativity, and ingenuity. Spectators can cheer on teams, and enjoy great food, music, and a day by the lake. Admission is $25 for adults, $10 for kids, and $50 for families, with catering by Luna.
