People with Down syndrome are awesome! And they deserve to live a long and healthy life. Please help me support the Global Down Syndrome Foundation by donating to my World Down Syndrome Day fundraising page. People with Down syndrome are born with 3 copies of chromosome 21 instead of two. In the 1990s most countries started using those numbers 3-21 to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day.
GLOBAL provides transformative life-saving resources including medical care guidelines for people with Down syndrome. Those resources are being translated into many different languages and will make a huge difference!
GLOBAL also supports over 400 scientists and over 2,500 patients all working to elongate life and improve health outcomes.
