Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend is Canada’s largest hybrid (live and virtual) running event, and as a champion of accessibility and inclusion, Ability Online is proud to be registered in this year’s Desjardins Charity Challenge.

For over 30 years, we have provided a holistic and innovative model of support for helping vulnerable youth and young adults with disabilities or health challenges to reduce social isolation and increase inclusion. Our supportive and safe online community fosters positive attitudes, builds self-esteem, and inspires involvement which contributes to emotional health and wellness.

In our online community members can exchange public or private messages, participate in wide-ranging forums, and attend weekly events . We also offer lively chat facilities, skill development modules, games, and activities. And we’re especially proud of our mentors, who provide patient and caring peer support.
