Self-Help International’s Tour de Ghana is more than a journey — it’s an opportunity to witness the power of community-led change. Riding motorized tricycles across Ghana, participants visit the very communities we serve and meet families whose lives have been transformed.
Families like Stephen’s.
Stephen is a farmer and father who simply needed a chance. With no transportation, he couldn’t get his crops to market or his kids to school. His neighbor even lost her baby because they couldn’t reach the hospital in time.
With a $1,700 in-kind loan, Stephen purchased a tricycle — and everything changed. “I wake up confidently every day, ready to face any challenges,” he says.
Now, Stephen supports his family, his neighbors use the tricycle too, and his entire village has renewed hope.
Your support makes this possible. All donations received will go towards Self-Help programs in Ghana.
Let’s do something that matters — together.
