Morningside Parish Church is a corner stone of Morningside's community, as well as a beautiful place to worship. The Church offers a space for the community of all ages. From parents and toddlers, community coffee mornings, a base for the Brownies and Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Girl Guides, to fitness and exercise groups and a venue for concerts and clubs. More recently Morningside Hope has offered support to people in the community suffering with dementia and a support network for their families. But what we have kept quiet until now is the obstacle course of buckets and wet floor signs in the corridor every time it rains! We are facing a major roof repair this summer and asking everyone to rise to the challenge. So we are looking for people like you, who appreciate all that our church offers to a large number of people in our community, to help us raise money towards our roof repair.
