A Wish Come True is the oldest wish granting organization in RI, Southeastern MA and Eastern CT. We grant wishes and provide resources to families with a child with a life-threatening illness. We have helped over 1750 children receive a Wish over 40 years, which is an estimated value of $8.5m.
