DMARC is committed to meeting basic human needs in the greater Des Moines community. Today, DMARC fights food insecurity through a network of 14 food pantries, multiple mobile food pantry locations and a home delivery service. DMARC assisted 75,519 unique pantry visitors, with 1/3 being children.
