Since being founded in 1928, the Somerville Rescue Squad has provided the citizens of Somerville, Somerset County, and Central New Jersey with exemplary, VOLUNTEER, emergency medical and rescue services, 365 days a year. As the oldest inland rescue squad in New Jersey and one of the oldest VOLUNTEER emergency medical service organizations in the United States we have a proud tradition of service to citizens, businesses, and government that call Somerville home.
