Free From Families is a charity dedicated to supporting families navigating allergies, asthma, and eczema. We understand the challenges of raising children with medical dietary restrictions and work to create a more inclusive and informed world. Through our support groups, we provide safe spaces where parents and caregivers can access support, share experiences, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Our hubs offer practical guidance, signposting to essential services, and expert-led training, such as allergy first aid. We believe no family should feel alone in managing allergies, so we are developing a structured model that can be franchised and expanded by volunteers or professionals. By fostering strong, local communities, we empower families with the tools and confidence to advocate for their children's needs. At Free From Families, we also campaign for greater awareness, inclusion, and understanding of allergies in society. Through education and advocacy, we aim to create a safer future for children with allergies, asthma, and eczema.
