The organisation’s aim is to promote employability, develop enterprise and open up opportunities for employment, volunteering and learning opportunities for disabled people, and people with autism, mental health problems, sensory impairment or long-term conditions. Our approach is to support the development of relationships and encourage people to be actively involved in their community.
