Intercultural Youth Scotland is a youth-led organisation working to empower racially marginalised young people across Scotland. We create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can connect, grow, and thrive while developing the confidence and skills to lead change in their communities. We centre the voices and experiences of young people who are often underrepresented, supporting them to explore identity, build leadership, and challenge inequality. Through workshops, peer support, campaigns, and creative programmes, we promote racial justice, intercultural understanding, and youth leadership. Our work is grounded in lived experience and driven by the belief that young people should be at the forefront of shaping the systems and communities they are part of. We aim to break down barriers, amplify youth voices, and build a more equitable and inclusive Scotland where all young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
