About us
Killearn Village Hall is at the heart of a thriving and active community with a multitude of flourishing groups and societies.
We are the perfect venue for weddings, parties, large functions and conferences.
We have multiple entertaining spaces with a reception lounge opening on to a large grassy area, a café bar with outside balcony and a spacious Main Hall itself.
Our café – the Kitchen Window – is open every day serving coffee, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea. It's a touch of city dining in the heart of the countryside, and as it's less than 30 minutes from Glasgow city centre, it's the perfect destination.
The Hall provides a beautiful blank canvas for couples looking to design a completely unique wedding day. With stunning views across to the mountains surrounding Loch Lomond, it provides a picture perfect location for the big day.
The building was built in 1826 and we want to mark its 200th anniversary by carrying out a major landscaping project. The vision is to make a friendlier and accessible outside space, taking advantage of the views over the Glebe to Loch Lomond.
Killearn Village Hall is operated on a not-for-profit basis and is part of Killearn Community Futures Company (KCFC) and they want to carry out some refurbishment work too. Both the landscaping and refurbishment projects are focused on improving the community space and we need to raise up to £50,000.
