We respond to 999 calls that come into the West Midlands Ambulance Control Room. Based in Newport, Shropshire, we can get to patients quickly and render emergency treatment before an ambulance arrives. We attend all emergency calls including cardiac arrests, fits, choking, asthma and car accidents.
