North East Scotland Coastal Trust (NESCAT) is an independent charity working to improve access to, connect and celebrate our coastline. Our main project is The Doric Way, a developing 150-mile long-distance coastal trail from Montrose to Cullen. Working with communities, landowners and local partners, we are creating better coastal connections, opening up opportunities to explore the coast and helping more people enjoy its landscapes, communities, heritage and nature.
