The New Vic Theatre is a nationally recognised arts organisation and thriving charity, aiming to increase access to theatre and theatre-making, and using theatre to make positive change within our community. Our work has gained a positive reputation, modelling ways that theatre can be used to work with communities, including marginalised and vulnerable people. It involves participatory drama, storytelling and workshops, alongside meeting basic needs such as food and providing company to the isolated, delivering life-changing work and tackling difficult issues.
