Northfield Arts Forum are one of 10 arts forums throughout the city of Birmingham. We’re a community arts charity (CIO) who work through the arts to help fulfil the fundamental needs of the Northfield constituency and to increase access to the arts. We like to say: “It’s not just about the art, it’s about what happens whilst you’re doing it.” NAF (our nickname) work through the arts to create community, inclusion and to make change. Our projects decrease social isolation, boost confidence levels, help with participants well-being and mental health and bring people together. All our projects are grant reliant to ensure anyone can take part and everything is free at the point of access. We make sure to work with professional artists and facilitators from the local area and throughout Birmingham to bring the best the arts has to offer to Northfield.
