The Lowdown is a charity in Northamptonshire providing free, safe, non-judgemental, and confidential mental health and support services for 8 to 25-year-olds. Our services include Counselling, RE:Start, Drop-ins and Youth Groups, including Wellbeing and LGBTQ+.
