Urban Synergy, formed in 2007 by Leila Thomas, is a youth empowerment charity on a mission to inspire, guide and ignite the ambitions of young people. We support thousands of young people aged 9-24 years with outcome-focused mentoring programmes, inspirational career seminars and work experience.
