HEART (Chichester HEART for Homeless) supports people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness through daily hot breakfasts, community, and outreach. Working with local partners, HEART offers practical help, dignity, and pathways to support, helping guests feel welcomed, valued, and hopeful.
