Based in Suffolk, Communities Together East Anglia, believe that people benefit from being able to access support and services, as close as possible to where they live – “community is key”, encouraging community integration, reducing loneliness and in social isolation improving mental health and wellbeing. We offer a suite of different projects and support across our three main service areas – Community Transport, Suffolk Carers Matter and Later Life Community. In addition to these services, our new Cuppa & Chat service Our new Cuppa & Chat service delivers all age community engagement support across East Suffolk. Focused on combating loneliness and social isolation within communities across East Suffolk, our team want to hear from you about how we may be able to support you and your community. In Felixstowe and surrounding area, the Felixstowe Community Action Network (CAN) is a new hyper-local project to bring together community groups, volunteers and support, providing a single point of access support system.
