We need urgent repairs to our hut roof, to ensure we can continue to meet each week in a safe and secure building (and keep our kit dry!). As well as our roof, the hut is in need of various other areas of ongoing maintenance, expected to cost well over £10,000 in the coming years. We are appealing to the village and local area for any donations they are able to give, to help the Group and ensure we can continue with our planned hut maintenance. Scouting in Countesthorpe provides Skills for Life to over 100 members, with highlights including numerous camps this year, a trip to the Houses of Parliament in April 2019 and our annual Pantomime which we are currently working towards.
