Story

Why I'm running 1,000 kilometres in 100 days:

On Saturday 4 June, I decided to set myself the (pretty impossible) challenge of running 10km's every day for 100 days, from that day until Saturday 10 September.

Why? To raise money for two charities close to my heart - CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), a men's mental health charity, and Survivors UK, who help men overcome sexual violence. Both charities have both helped me during my struggles over the past couple of years.

You can find out more about my story and mental health journey so far by following @StressSessions on Instagram.

My aim is to raise £1,000, a pound for every kilometre that I'm running throughout the challenge.

Please give as much as you can to two amazing causes who save the lives of thousands of men every single year.

Thank you
