Mental health affects everyone one of us at some point in our lives, however its not spoken about. The more we hide it the worse it can get.
3 days ago I started a 100 day exercise challenge to improve my mindset and today I realised it would be a good opportunity to raise awareness and money for a mental health charitY (MIND)

Challenge details:
I will complete 7 exercises every day (pull ups, tricep dips, press ups, sit ups, aussie rows, squats and lunges) starting with 10 reps and increase by 5 a week for 100 days.
