Story

I will be doing 100km on my inline skates throughout the month of August to raise money for Millington's Magical Barn Animal Sanctuary.

Last year I did 50km for a different charity and ended up doing 80km. This year the target is 100km, but that's not the end point. I will be pushing myself as much as my body and the weather will allow me and seeing how far I can go.

Millington's Magical Barn is a Yorkshire based animal sanctuary with almost 90 animals currently in their care. They are rescues saved from abuse, neglect and slaughter. All animals should be able to live a long and healthy life, and Millington's provides that for them. All proceeds will go straight to them and in turn, to the animals. I hope you can spare a few for this lovely cause.

I will be posting updates after every skate linking to my Strava post for that skate, as well as counting up the distance travelled so far. I plan to be as transparent as possible.
