Story

During the month of May, I am taking part in the 10km a day challenge. I'm aiming to cover 10k a day either running, rowing, cycling or walking for the entire month of May. I am doing this to help our friends Gareth and Kirsty Bronte in their campaign. Please read their story below..

"On the 10th of September 2018 our daughter Hannah Stella Bronte was born premature at 26 weeks and 6 days. Hannah was with us for 8 wonderful days. Even in that short time we could see she was full of character, fight and love.

This May we plan to honour Hannah by completing a challenge for her by doing 10k every day. We would love people to support us, and there will be many ways to do this, whether by completing 10k with us or by yourselves on any of the 31 days in May, or if you are really up for a challenge completing 10k every day.

The main aim of the challenge is to raise money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Jubilee Maternity Hospital where Hannah spent her 8 days with us.
