Liam and Shauna are raising money for Shauna’s Mum to enable her to take a few days away after a hard 2 years with her health, dealing with multiple cancer bouts and multiple strokes.

Shauna’s mum has been through an incredibly tough few years, battling cancer and suffering multiple strokes. Despite everything, she continues to show amazing strength and resilience.

Liam and Shauna will be taking part in Bristol 10K on 10th May 2026. This is a massive milestone in Shauna’s journey since training with Liam, as this is something she never thought she’d be able to do. After the news about Val, Liam proposed the idea of raising money for her, to give her a well needed break from hospitals and treatment.

We’d love to raise a little money to go towards some physio sessions and help her enjoy a few days away to rest, recover, and have something positive to look forward to after such a challenging time.

Any contribution, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go directly to Val herself to help aid recovery and give her a small break. Thank you for your kindness and support.
