I've raised £200 to go towards projects run by the Livingstone Tanzania Trust by running the Wetherby 10k.

So, along with a number of other members of Silicates School, in October 2018, I will be travelling to Tanzania to work with the Livingstone Tanzania Trust.
The Livingstone Tanzania Trust (LTT) is a registered charity in England and Wales (No. 1119512) operating in the Babati District of the Manyara Region in Tanzania. It empowers individuals to meet and exceed their basic needs and improve their quality of life with dignity and pride.
It facilitates social, economic and environmental change at the grass roots level in northern Tanzania by listening and then addressing the education and enterprise needs of the community.
Their education programme targets each school’s specific needs as determined in collaboration with schools’ development committees and other stakeholders.
It sponsors local community members’ enterprise initiatives by providing skills training and resources.
In addition to travelling to Tanzania to work alongside the Trust on one of its specific projects in Tanzania, I have pledged to raise funds for the charity so it can continue its brilliant work. All proceeds from this page will be given directly to the Livingstone Tanzania Trust.
To raise as much money as possible, my Dad, Giles, and my sister, Erin have agreed to join me in running the Wetherby 10K taking place on Sunday 3rd September. If you could sponsor us to try and complete this challenge, I would be so grateful and the funds raised will change the lives of people in Tanzania.
