On Wednesday 2nd December Millie Watts was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). This as you can all imagine is devastating news for Kate & Chig & her twin brother Jack as well as the rest of our family.

Millie is currently undergoing chemotherapy in Leeds Children’s Hospital.

Millie is currently a year 7 pupil at Wolfreton School and had previously attended Willerby Carr Lane Primary School.

The twins bestest friend Harry and I have decided to raise some much needed funds to support the family during this heartbreaking time. They are spending 24 hours a day with Millie and are unable to work so we want to be able to take the financial stress away from them as much as we can.

Harrys idea was to do 12 Miles for Millie, basically if any of their friends want to complete 12 miles before the twins 12th birthday on the 29th December and any sponsorship raised can be added to the Just Giving Page set up with the families permission.

The 12 Miles for Millie can be walking, running, biking, dribbling with a football, anything at all between now & the 29th December, it doesn't have to be all in one go either!!
