The 131st Derby Alvaston Baptist scout group are - as out name suggests - a scout group from Alvaston in Derby. As an inner city group we love nothing more than finding excitement and challenges where we can and making the most of our city. However in the spirit of adventure we would love to be able to ramp our escapades up a notch and move further afield. A minibus would mean we can get out there and explore, camp and conquer till our hearts are content. At the moment we rely on our parents to drop the scouts off or use public transport, which unfortunately limits us...and if there's one thing a scout doesn't like....it's limits! A set of wheels would help our scouts experience places, people and challenges that would otherwise be unreachable for them.
