Every year, 19th Motherwell Boys' Brigade hold an annual camp.

This year, we will be going to Lockerbie Manor Activity Centre where the boys will take part in a range of land and water based activities, aimed at taking them out of their comfort zones, building teamwork and gaining a great experience and making life-long memories and friendships.

The actual cost per member is £252 and the company usually try to keep the cost down to £100 per boy to make it more affordable for families, particularly in this current financial climate. This year our numbers attending have far exceeded our expectations and we will be taking 40 members, plus staff to the camp. This equates to having to raise over £6000 to subsidise the event.

We are therefore appealing to the wider community of family, friends and local businesses for anyone wishing to make a donation - no matter how much - to 'sponsor a boy' to attend camp. Every penny donated will go towards easing the financial burden on parents. Thanks in advance to you all.
