I've raised £2400 to Dar Al Zahra in Liverpool. My original aim was £400 but I have decided to try and raise funds for the full academic year which is £2400.

Story

The Dar al-Zahra was set up in 2018, it is currently a weekend programme for girls between the age of 14-18 years old. Dar al-Zahra is in the process of developing a traditional Islamic curriculum that can be accessed in the English language.

I have volunteered together with a few other sisters to try and raise funds for the running costs of the Dar al-Zahra.

I am kindly asking for donations anything from £1 please help me help these young girls insha’Allah

Dar Al Zahra's charitable objectives:

1. to advance in life and relieve needs of young women in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, particularly but not exclusively those of the muslim faith, through: (a) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life; (b) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
2. To advance the muslim faith by means of, but not exclusively, the provision of Islamic education in accordance with the teachings of the Quran.
