I have come across an urgent request for financial assistance for a blood cancer child (Abdul Rehman). He is 1 and a half year old and currently under treatment in CMH Hospital, Rawalpindi. He has been diagnosed with this disease 3 weeks ago and chemotherapy has been started.

Father’s earnings are 15000 Rupees/month (£91/month). I have been told that they have sold their house hold stuff for their child’s treatment. I have asked for some scanned copies for medical reports and can share it with you. Doctors mentioned around 0.5 million Rupees required for his treatment which is approximately over £3,000. The child is getting blood transfusion everyday costing 800 Rupees (£5) and sometimes 2 bottles of blood i.e. 1600 Rupees (£10) and each chemotherapy injection costs 50,000 Rupees (£305) which the family needs to deposit every time he gets the treatment. Anything contributed towards this noble cause is appreciated.
