In the last year our lives have been impacted by mental health challenges and breast cancer, so we wanted to do something to raise awareness and hopefully a bit of cash for Every Life Matters, and the Whitehaven Breast clinic, who will use the money to fund specialist research, treatment and care for women and their families.
Tanya and Rachel (along with partners Andrew and Jo, and dogs Luna and Jasper) met at Whinlatter parkrun back in 2018 and we have become great friends.
Tanya will be running loops of the 5km for 24 hours at Whinlatter supported by lots of lovely runners/walkers. When she takes a break we are hoping that someone else will keep our Bra-ton moving.

We welcome donations, which will be split 50:50, between the two charities. But we also welcome support runners to the event on 22nd July. From 9am the laps will commence, and culminate in Tanya and Rachel tailwalking a special parkrun on Saturday 23rd..
