Tidworth Troop, 721 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Squadron, 11 EOD & Search Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps, is responsible for making safe conventional munitions and Improvised Explosive Devices across the South West of England. We are running a charity event to raise money for the William & Grace Trust who provide support to members of the RLC who are injured whilst undertaking counter terrorist bomb disposal duties .

To raise these much needed funds we will be carrying out a 24 Hour Bomb Suit Relay in Tidworth over 25 - 26 April 2023. All 17 members of the Troop will be taking part by putting on the Bomb Suit (which weighs 34kgs) and walking around our compound. This will be done so there will be two people walking at any given moment, whilst two others are getting ready.

The William & Grace Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity Number: 1085927). The trust provides relief in cases of need, hardship or distress for serving or former members of the Royal Logistic Corps and others who work with them who are injured whilst undertaking counter terrorist bomb disposal duties and their dependants.
