I've raised £18660 to Support an innovative tag rugby program in Asia teaching life skills and inspiring positive social change in disadvantaged communities

On December 7th I take part in the 24 hour Spartan World Championships in Iceland, braving subzero temperatures and a gruelling 60km obstacle course to raise awareness and funds for an amazing youth development program.
Have a look for yourself.
The ChildFund Pass It Back program uses tag rugby to teach children and young people in Asia a range of valuable life skills, which equips them to overcome challenges, inspire positive social change and ‘pass it back’ to their communities.
With a focus on gender inclusion, over half of all players and coaches are female.
ChildFund Pass It Back is implemented in Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines, where they place a focus on disadvantaged communities.
WHY CHILDREN IN ASIA?
Asia is home to 60% of the world’s youth, with over 1.8 billion people aged between 10 and 24. Many of these children lack the opportunities, knowledge and skills to succeed in a rapidly changing region.
ChildFund Pass It Back is committed to building a new generation of leaders across Asia.
Funds donated in the lead up to and during, Rugby World Cup 2019 will help children and young people from disadvantaged communities across Asia and assist with emergency relief efforts in disaster-affected areas in Japan.
The ChildFund Pass It Back program will be expanded to support more young people in Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines, and will be extended to other developing countries in the region. Many more young people will develop their leadership and life skills through this rugby-based development program.
I will be raising awareness through participating in this years Spartan World Championships in Iceland. Enduring 24 hours of Spartan racing in sub zero temperatures in a country that sees only a few hours of daylight.
I ask for your good nature and support of worthwhile causes through donating what you can.
If I hit my sponsorship target 12 teams and up to 240 youth can be supported for a whole year creating further development opportunities for youth leaders
