I've raised £1500 to help AgeNI across Northern Ireland, and Mountfern, a day centre in our local community in Coleraine for those with special needs

The 24-hour AMRAP Challenge is a unique, one-of-a-kind, annual team event, that connects athletes and gyms from all over the world, simultaneously. This event is a challenge, the ultimate test of physical and mental perseverance. This year Grace Smith, Female Personal Trainer of the Year Northern Ireland, has created an all female team comprised of Forge members, to push their minds and bodies to the limits, in order to raise money for two amazing charities.
Undertaking the gruelling 24 Hour Amrap, these five ordinary girls (who love a little fitness), will be tested in a way they have never been tested before. All in real time!
Age NI is the leading charity in Northern Ireland dedicated to helping everyone make the most of later life. Helping thousands of people every year, providing companionship, advice and support for older people who need it most.
Mountfern is a Day Centre for Adults with learning disabilities ages 19 +, based in Coleraine. The Centre provides sport and recreation, rehabilitation, self help/development, education, training, therapeutic and sensory stimulation, and occupational employment.
The Forge PT team comprises of:
Grace Smith, Joanne Hall, Emma O'Sullivan, Pamela McCollum & Geraldine O'Boyle
