I have been lucky that I have always been supported by friends and family when I've needed help, unfortunately this is not the case for everyone.
We talk about mental health today more than we have ever done in the past, and definitely more than we did when I was in the Royal Navy, but with greater awareness comes with a greater demand for the valueable support services.
I want to help, and currently working with some small local charities to support projects that can make a real difference to the amazing work they already do.
Help me kick the stigma around mental health and support Time 2 Talk, Bridge the Gap and Derby City Life Links in making a difference to lives at the hardest of times, by support the 24hr Kick Boxing Event on the 7 Sept 2024
Every donation can make a lasting difference to a life in crisis, are you going to support and make the difference?
