Iʼve raised £1,055 to Yorkshire cave rescue

After this tragedy, Yorkshire Cave rescue are likely going to have to both raise thousands of pounds to replace sacrificed gear, but also make sure the people involved recieve the proper care to be able to deal with what happened.
As a group of people that spend their time in holes in the ground of all sorts, we rely on these people whether we realise it or not!.
We can do our own little bit to help with making sure that the sacrificed kit can be replaced.

We've been contacted by the secretary of goodluck mine in derbyshire, who have offered, by way of thanks, to open up the mine and give some tours to the further reaches of the place. This will include a guided tour for people with limited experience, to allowing people with lots of experience free reign of the place. Weekend of 20th/21st July. Camping is doable, although while we can have a bonfire, the site is an SSSI, so no picking up wood to burn. Hit me up on facebook if you would like to attend (Bim Kta)
