Donkeys need good homes and homes need good donkeys. We would like to help two donkeys live out long and happy years here at the Hazelhut while bringing joy to the children and families who visit us. In return for the love and care we give them, the donkeys will help us to keep the grass short and carry out traditional farm tasks, enabling children to understand the give and take of farm life. The funds will be used to buy and transport the donkeys, to build them safe watertight housing, to fence off a donkey field and to ensure fresh water and food supplies.
