2nd Stalybridge Scout Hut serves community of Stalybridge from our youngest Beavers at 5 to our Model Railway Club members whose age is........well.......60 and over!! Our hut was built in 1999, and although lots of TLC and a great team of volunteers who do their best to keep it looking its best, we have come to the stage where a re-vamp is needed. We are looking at installing a new kitchen as well as new toilets, including a disabled access toilet next to our new disabled shower room that we got fitted after our last fundraising effort through bag packing. Our Volunteers and Young People gave up many hours of their time and will continue to do so to ensure that 2nd Stalybridge Scout Hut can continue to serve the community that holds It so dear.
