In 2023, we sadly lost our cousin and friend Jeff to suicide.

On 1st June, Kitty, Finn and Owen will be attempting to complete the National 3 Peaks in under 24 hours challenge. This challenge will consist of climbing the biggest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales and travelling between them, all within 24 hours. Starting at Ben Nevis, we will then continue to Scafell Pike and finish at Snowdon where we will be joined by friends and family for the final peak.

Losing Jeff has had a massive impact on our family. While we always had fun with Jeff when we were together, this has made us realise the importance of talking and men's mental health. We are completing this challenge in Jeff's memory as we want to encourage people to know it's okay not to be okay but to talk about how they're feeling.

We are raising money for ANDYSMANCLUB, Men's Minds Matter and Two Pints Deep to support all stages of suicide prevention. We will be splitting all money raised between these three organisations.

ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK - andysmanclub.co.uk

Men’s Minds Matter is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in suicide prevention and intervention. They are a leading voice in suicide prevention, male suicide and male psychology in the UK and actively campaign to raise awareness of suicide in men. - https://mensmindsmatter.org
