Hi guys; as many of you know I am challenging myself to complete a record attempt of 30 sprint distance triathlons for 30 consecutive day, with our start date is 7/7/17.
Its a massive undertaking, but small in comparison to that off the Nicholl's family and the staff at the ARC Centre. I wanted to support local community based charities that can and do make life changing differences everyday.
Ellie's legacy lives on in her mum through the effort of her family and the establishment of the charity in her honour. Ellies Retreat raises awareness of H-ABC and provides services to families a similar situation. Their dedication, love and compassion was what compelled me to help and I'm hoping it will with you as well.
The ARC Centre offer a host of services to a wide spectrum of people encompassing large parts of deprived rural fermanagh with services ranging from alcohol and substance abuse to sensory rooms and resources for young mothers and programs to help children with specific behavioural issues and help them reach their full potential.
I really hope you can share in my passion to help and see people less fortunate have a better quality of life and lifestyle
