We are the TTG 30 Under 30 Class of 2025/26, a group of rising leaders in the travel industry who believe that the most meaningful journeys are defined by the people who bring them to life. This spring, we are putting our collective energy behind a mission that sits at the heart of "tourism for good" by supporting the incredible work of Unseen Tours. To raise the £3,000 needed to keep their vital work moving, we have set ourselves a massive physical challenge: collectively covering 3,000 miles by 13th May. This target means each of us is committing to at least 100 miles of running, walking, swimming or cycling, the same distance as walking a round trip to Athens!

We are taking on these miles to support a cause that changes lives on the streets we are walking. Unseen Tours is an award-winning social enterprise that provides a platform for Londoners who have experienced homelessness or housing vulnerability to become professional tour guides. What began in 2010 as "The Sock Mob"—a volunteer network using the simple, ice-breaking gift of warm socks to connect with people living on the streets—has evolved into a sophisticated model of empowerment. Today, Unseen Tours supports vulnerably housed individuals to develop, curate, and lead guided walks, turning their lived experience into professional expertise.

As travel professionals, we know that storytelling is a powerful tool for connection, but for these guides, it is also a path to dignity and financial independence. Since its inception, the organization has worked with over 28 guides and welcomed thousands of guests, proving that tourism can be a vehicle for social inclusion.
