Story

A great number of young people in Manchester are being failed. They are educated by a system that is structured in such a way that it suppresses their aspirations whilst also limiting their opportunities.

360 Youth is a registered charity (#1159131) and we exist to help the young people of Manchester thrive, we believe the fastest and best way of achieving this is through coaching

By working with a coach for up to 12 months we will help young people level the playing field with their more privileged peers.

We want to create a Youth Coaching Service pilot in the Stretford area of Manchester.

Why Stretford?

- Stretford has a disproportionate rate of youth offending/re-offending

-Anti-social behavior is very high

- Drugs and alcohol are readily available to young people

- Young people are deemed as highly likely to become NEET

- Stretford has a much higher than average unemployment rate

Why us?

Our coaches are trained from the best research from the fields of cognitive psychology, coaching and studies of the way that effective and fulfilled individuals live their lives.

Coaching helps young people to confront the beliefs that limit achievement, aiding young people to build a stronger sense of self and an expanded sense of potential and possibility.

Young people can expect the following changes:

- Raised confidence and self-esteem

- Increased willingness to try new things

- Improved personal relationships

- A feeling of using more of their potential

- More openness to change

- Being more confident as leaders

- Taking greater accountability for their lives

If you want to help the young people of Manchester thrive please support our cause and share with your network.
