I'm raising £750 to Support Trunks and Hunks by Running 36 Hours

Story

On 11 July, I’ll be taking on the Hope Trail 36-hour endurance race to raise funds for Trunks and Hunks Seaford. 🏃🏻‍♂️

What started as a handful of men meeting for a sea dip has grown into a supportive community where men can connect, talk openly and look after both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Our Sunday and Wednesday sea dips are completely free, and we want to keep them that way.

Every penny raised will go directly back into Trunks and Hunks, helping us purchase equipment and refreshments for our growing community and fund Mental Health First Aid training so we can better recognise when someone may be struggling and confidently signpost them towards the right support.

This challenge is going to push me to my limits, but if it helps our community continue to grow and support more men, every mile will be worth it.

Thank you so much for your support. Whether you donate, share this page or simply come along to a dip, you’re helping us build a stronger community.
