3 Pillars Project C.I.C. is a start-up Social Enterprise and Community Interest Company working within the criminal justice system to provide positive role models through rugby coaching courses. Using excellence in sport and leadership, we focus on the three pillars of exercise, education and ethos as a foundation for effective rehabilitation. Our community offers long-term support to all course graduates and is committed to empowering individuals' potential to make a positive contribution to society in the future, regardless of their past.

We believe that through the right support offered through our rugby courses before and after release from prison, we can improve self discipline and determination and reduce violence and reoffending.

This fundraising effort will help fund a Part Time team member to engage and support young men on completion of our rugby course. This through-the-gate support will help the young men into local rugby clubs, work placements, volunteering opportunities and community organisations, taking them one step closer to living a crime free life.
