my sister's daughter and mine girls (Melissa 12, Grace 11 and Nevaeh 8) are raising money over half term for two charities - SEFF and SSAFA which are two amazing charities that support service families who require support after leaving the services and others who are also victims of terrorism. These are amazing charities which have help so many individuals and families over the years including ours, so they wanted to give something back for the good work to continue. SEFF was granted the queens aware for voluntary services in 2009 which is a group equivalent to an MBE.

The girls along with their mums will be completing a 22 mile cycle ride from Margate to Reculver Towers and back on Thursday 29th October, to raise awareness and funds to continue the charities good work. They are hoping to raise at lease £200 in such a short space of time and then our boys (Samuel 10 and Alex 10) will also be completing the same ride on the 8th which will be remembrance Sunday with their dads in tow.
