Dwi di penderfyny neud Sialens 3k Cymru yn ystod gwyliau'r Pasg, sef dringo pob copa Eryri sydd dros tair mil o droedfeddi. Fyddai'n dechrae'r sialens ar gopa'r Wyddfa ar doriad gwawr, gyda'r bwriad o gyrraedd Foel Fras erbyn y machlyd yr un diwrnod.

Fe fydd yr arian y byddai gobeithio yn ei gasglu yn mynd at elusen Cyfeillion Bryn Beryl i ddangos ein gwerthfwrogiad fel teulu am eu gofal arbennig, yn ogystal ag i amlygu pwysigrywdd ysbytai bach yn y gymuned.

I've decided to take on the challenge of the Welsh 3k during the Easter brake, which is climbing every mountain in Snowdonia that are over 3000 feet.The challenge will commence on the peak of Snowdon at sunrise, with the intention of reaching Foel Fras by sunset.

I am raising money towards Friends of Bryn Beryl, as a gesture of our family's appreciation for their wonderful care as well as to highlight the importance of small hospitals in the community.
