We are Christopher and Matthew. We are brothers, aged 14 and 13, from Doncaster. We have been in scouting since we were both 5 years old.
We have both been selected to go the the World Scout Jamboree 2023 in South Korea! This is a really exciting opportunity. The selection process was really competitive so we are incredibly proud of ourselves
Part of the arrangement is that we have to fundraise to be allowed to go, and two places means two lots of fundraising for us! We have a grand total of £7600 to fund raise. Part of the money raised will be used to subsidise Scouts from disadvantaged areas across the world to help them have a chance to attend this amazing event too

Since we are representing the fine county of Yorkshire, we thought that tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks would be a very appropriate challenge to undertake to raise funds. We have never attempted anything this challenging before, but we are determined to see it through!

We will be completing the challenge on Saturday 25th June 2022 and will be supported during the challenge by a (fairly!) responsible group of adults. Many thanks to Chris Smart, Richard Chandler, Baggy Stringer, Matthew Smith, Duncan Turner, Jon Parry and Richard Hough for agreeing to complete the challenge with us!
