We are three medical students running the Great Bristol Half Marathon to raise money for humanitarian efforts in Palestine, Lebanon, and Sudan. These regions are facing devastating crises:

- In Palestine, the ongoing conflict has led to immense loss of life, widespread displacement, and urgent need for medical care, shelter, and food.

- In Lebanon, the economic collapse and political instability have left millions struggling to afford necessities, while the healthcare system is severely strained.

- In Sudan, civil conflict has displaced many families, creating a humanitarian emergency where food, clean water, and medical supplies are desperately needed.
